How to Make a 1-on-1 Presentation

To create a standardized weekly pitch presentation reporting on my work, key results, and plans. This will be used to communicate with my manager during our weekly one-on-one meeting.

Open the "Project Meeting" pitch template in Pitch.
Edit the title slide to include my department name and the word "Report". For example: "Social Media Report".
Delete any example slides not relevant to my presentation.
On the "End of Week Report" slide, replace the example photo with my own and delete any example names in the list.
In the "What Went Well" section, add 3 bullet points summarizing key accomplishments and outputs from the past week.
In the "What Didn't Go Well" section, add 2-3 bullet points summarizing any challenges or roadblocks encountered.
In the "Damage Control" section, add 2-3 bullet points explaining how I aim to resolve the issues mentioned above.
On the "Outputs" slide, list 3-5 tangible outputs from my sprint tasks or recurring tasks.
On the "Dashboards" slide, insert screenshots of 1-2 key dashboards or metrics I want to discuss.
On the "KPIs" slide, update the status of my assigned quarterly KPIs and key results.
Add one slide for myself titled "My Name - What's Next"
On my slide, explain what blocked me from hitting targets and list 3-5 action items for the next sprint.
Review the presentation and delete any remaining example slides not needed.
Move the presentation from private to the "One-on-One" folder and share with my manager.
Completed weekly status pitch presentation customized for my role, and uploaded and shared presentation in the proper folder for my manager to view.
