Outreach Processes
Purpose
The primary aim of this SOP is to establish a structured and efficient process for reaching out to brands as a fundamental part of our marketing and collaboration initiatives. By harnessing the capabilities of Airtable, we intend to simplify and systematize the outreach process while simultaneously maintaining comprehensive records of brand interactions and communications. The ultimate objective is to create a centralized repository that houses a thorough list of the brands we have approached. This database will significantly contribute to our ongoing efforts in fostering communication, building partnerships, and expanding our brand network.

Procedure
To fulfill our outreach objectives, the following procedural steps should be followed
Step 1: Finding the right brand:
By looking into Airtable, there is a whole list of brands. By going into the Interface option, you can find the list and further fill them out.
Step 2: Filling in information
All the brands shuold be linked to a contact person, if the contact person is not available, Search for an email to reach out to. This can be done through information found on the brandβs website.
Step 3: Inputting the information
In the video, it is described how emails are generated. Fill in all the fields in accordance to what is necessary and who we are speaking to.
Step 4: Checking the generated email
All emails generated can be found in the βEmail Approval stepβ. Double check the emails if they contain the correct information but also you can change a few things before sending it out.
Product (Output)
The output would consist of two parts. One part being the full company details. The other part will consist of outreached brands.
