Filling the Brand Form

The purpose of this SOP is to ensure the accurate and complete input of responsive brand information into SmartSuite, thereby maintaining a reliable database for reference and analysis. The outcome is a comprehensive list of all responsive brands on SmartSuite, facilitating effective tracking and management.
Input
For each responsive brand, enter the required information accurately, including brand name, contact details, response date, and any relevant details or actions taken. In the linked video it is explained the steps that have to be taken to fill in the brand form adequately.

Gather information about the brand from their website, social media, and LinkedIn if available. Key details to find:
Brand name
Contact person
Company size
Location
Website
Phone number
Fill in the brand form with the details you found. If certain information is not available, leave those fields blank.
Add today's date to the "Date Added" field.
For "Channel", select the channel(s) the brand could be relevant for.
For "Status", select "Not Contacted" since no outreach has been done yet.
In the notes field, write 1-2 sentences personalizing the outreach, e.g. commenting on products you like from the brand.
Once form is filled out, submit it.
When extracting the data to a CSV, only include necessary fields like name, email, industry - no need for things like status.
The personalization sentence will auto-populate in the outreach email along with the other brand details.
The end product of this procedure is a well-maintained SmartSuite database containing a list of all responsive brands. This database serves as a valuable resource for reference and analysis, enabling us to track and manage responsive brands effectively. Consistent maintenance and updates of the SmartSuite database are essential to ensure the accuracy and usefulness of the responsive brand information for ongoing operations and decision-making.
