Using AI Personas and Transcriptions for Airtable CRM

Purpose

To create AI-generated personas efficiently using interview transcriptions and personas. The goal is to streamline the creation process.

Procedure

1. Interview client using prepared questions from the platform. Keep interviews ~10-15 mins.

2. Get interview transcription and paste into Individual Questions section.

3. Fill out basic persona info like name, email, etc. Add region, location, images.

4. Select categories and link recording to generate AI persona profile. Press create.

5. Repeat process for brand using brand persona questions. Paste brand transcript and generate profile.

6. Go to Treatment Generation and select individual and brand personas. Press create.

7. AI will generate treatment using personas. Can use persona profiles in treatment.

8. Treatment will contain suggested sequences, voiceovers, and framing based on personas.

9. Review and refine treatment as needed before sending to client.
