SmartSuite
SmartSuite is an integrated software platform that provides us a set of tools to ensure that we remain aligned on our workflows. This is the VONAS primary task management system.
In the SmartSuite workspace, there are what are called solutions, or bases of data organized in a sort of sub-folder called apps. Within these apps, we have fields that specify the details of the data within the records.
To organize how you see these records, you can change the app views. (However, it's best to consult Theo first before you change the views so that everything is in order.)
