🎲 Intern Alignment Meeting

Interns meet up with the head, Joanna, for alignment. This happens once a week on Mondays, at the same time they hold a Slack Attack.

🤝 Breakdown Meeting

Also known as a Sprint Meeting, we do this every first day of the week to plan the Sprints.

☕️ Daily Standup

The team meets once a day to talk about what they worked on yesterday and what they'll be working on today!

🤝 1-on-1 with Theo

Every team member should have a meeting with Theo every month. This happens every third Friday.

📋 Big Meeting

Once a month, at the last Friday, we have a Big Meeting to discuss the Objectives, Key Results, and KPIs.
