The purpose of this SOP is to ensure the accurate and complete entry of contact person information linked with the brand in SmartSuite, establishing a comprehensive database for effective communication and relationship management. The end goal is to have an organized record of contact details associated with each brand for seamless interaction.
Input
Contact information–
For each brand, enter the necessary details of the associated contact person, including their name, contact information, role, and any other pertinent information. This will allow us to know exactly who the contact person is and their role inside the outreach process.
The outcome of this procedure is a well-maintained SmartSuite database containing contact person information linked with each brand. This database serves as a valuable resource for efficient communication and relationship management, enabling us to reach out to the appropriate contacts within each brand seamlessly. Consistent database maintenance ensures the accuracy and usefulness of contact person information for ongoing interactions and collaborations.
