How to Export IG Followers and their Emails

Purpose

To explain how to use Growman to extract follower data from an Instagram account.

Procedure

1. Log in to Chrome using the itsvonas@gmail account. Locate the Growman extension icon in the extensions bar and click on it.

2. In the Growman interface, enter the Instagram username of the account you want to extract followers from in the search bar. Click "Go".

3. Growman will begin extracting the followers of the specified account. Wait for the extraction to finish.

4. Once complete, click on "Export" to download the data.

5. Open the exported CSV file. The data will contain details like username, profile photo, bio, posts, followers, email (if public) for each follower.

6. Delete any unnecessary columns, keeping key details like username, email, phone number. The email is the most important data point for reaching out to followers.

7. The extracted data can now be used as needed, such as for marketing outreach.
