Linked Records connect Apps in SmartSuite. These can connect Records from different Solutions, and for us, it is mostly used in HR and in Content Production. For Grow & Improve, we use it for alignment when assigning Tasks.
Itβs particularly useful if you donβt want to input the same information in different places, so that means when data (e.g. email, contact number) from the original Record is updated, it reflects in the Linked Record immediately!
If youβve used Click-Up before, you would know this bears a resemblance with the Relationships feature, and itβs used in a similar way in SmartSuite.
