Application and Screening Process
Job application opportunities will be posted in various online platforms such as job websites and Facebook groups to easily target the people who aspire to become an intern. These applicants will then have to submit their documents such as Resume/CV and Portfolio, if possible.
Once pre-selected, the ones who will pass the initial screening shall receive an email containing a task description which includes thorough instruction for the interns to make a pitch deck with their initial ideas on how to grow their social media presence in the advent of the digital world.
Once they submitted the pitch deck, they would undergo a 20-minute interview which will be divided into two - first, a get-to-know conversation to gauge if the applicantβs personality and behavior are aligned with the company; and the second part is the presenting the pitch deck that they created to help the interviewer see if the applicant did really understand the task and if his/her skills are suitable to Vonas to be cultivated.
After the selection is finalized, a new intern will enter the company every two (2) weeks.
