Organization of data is significant in maintaining a database. Every data must be efficiently sorted in different storages and must be structured for easy access from the moment of its receipt and eventual publishing/transfer.
Step 1. Initial Data transfer (From Production to Post-Prod)
Receive SD Card or SSD. Store files into BACKUP folder in "MY BOOK 02β
Check footage & Organize Files ACCORDING TO CAMERA, TITLE, AND DATE
For shows to be edited: Backup into "HDD PASSPORT 01" or "MY BOOK 01β
Editing files will be transfered to editing Drives (APACER 01, SSD 02, PASSPORT 2)
Step 2. Use Post Haste for Folder Structure
Sort footage per episode and show.
