Organization of data is significant in maintaining a database. Every data must be efficiently sorted in different storages and must be structured for easy access from the moment of its receipt and eventual publishing/transfer.

Step 1. Initial Data transfer (From Production to Post-Prod)

  • Receive SD Card or SSD. Store files into BACKUP folder in "MY BOOK 02”

  • Check footage & Organize Files ACCORDING TO CAMERA, TITLE, AND DATE

  • Editing files will be transfered to editing Drives (APACER 01, SSD 02, PASSPORT 2)
