Purpose

This is the instructional video on how to correctly fill in the Guest form and Topic form:

The Guest Database will serve as the storage of the guests that we're planning to feature and the guests that we've featured already. It is through this database that we track the status of each and every guest for all the channels. Some statuses under this database also have corresponding automation which will make it easier for the Community Manager to track every single thing.

Interaction

This outline provides a general framework for selecting guests for a small YouTube show that aspires to grow into a larger platform. By selecting guests who are relevant, knowledgeable, engaging, and professional, the show can produce high-quality content that resonates with its target audience. Additionally, guests who are willing to promote the show can help increase its exposure and attract new viewers, further contributing to its growth.

The Forms

The form is designed to gather as much information as possible for the potential guests. Below are the seven criteria for the guests. Some of them are not relevant at first glance and can be based on intuition.

Relevance

The guest should be relevant to the show's theme or topic. This will help attract the right audience and keep them engaged.

Expertise

The guest should have some level of expertise or knowledge in the show's topic. This will ensure that the conversation is informative and valuable to the audience.

Availability

The guest should have availability to participate in the show. This includes being able to attend the recording or filming session and being available for any necessary pre-interviews or follow-up questions.

Communication Skills

The guest should have strong communication skills, including the ability to articulate their ideas and opinions clearly and concisely.

Engagement

The guest should be engaging and able to connect with the audience. This includes having a charismatic personality, a sense of humor, and the ability to tell engaging stories.

Promotion

The guest should be willing to promote the show on their own social media channels or other platforms. This will help increase the show's exposure and attract new viewers.

Professionalism.

The guest should be professional and respectful throughout the entire process. This includes being on time, following the show's guidelines and instructions, and treating the show's host and crew with respect.
