Code of Conduct
Vonas Media follows a coordinated code of conduct. Since this production house owns several equipment that are needed for video production such as cameras, lights, and other related ones, it is important to follow rules that will observe proper work ethic and elicit responsible acts.
As the company intern, you have a flexible time schedule every week which varies on the tasks given by your phase supervisor. However, as provided in the internship program, the interns should accumulate a minimum of 20 working hours a week which is the equivalent of 4 working hours every weekday.
Vonas Media also follows a non-strict dress code policy. As long as you're comfortable expressing yourself in your own fashion/clothing style, that's good enough. However, keep into consideration the workload you're assigned to do and the environment to gauge if your getup is perfect for those. We don't want you to be uncomfortable when you're doing your tasks.
Lastly, do not make abrupt decisions without informing your Internship Head and/or Phase Supervisor beforehand. This reflects on your character and personality for it translates to utmost respect.
