Vonas Media is known for its stellar video production content - may it be a film, commercial, music video, and the like. However, our department will focus more on the five (5) YouTube Channels that we are handling. These are the following (toggle to read!): Passions Passions is a sanctuary for storytellers and unique voices. We help you find an avenue, a safe space where you are free to tell who you are, what you believe in, the triumphs, and challenges that come with the pursuit of one's passion. Featuring interesting people from all backgrounds, extraordinary stories and narratives of personal journeys, behind-the-scenes, success stories, lifestyle, crafts and other interesting fields that we can dive into - all in the form of aesthetically-pleasing films. Tatak (formerly known as Customized Crafts) Crafts are more than a pastime. Most often, it's also someone's bread-and-butter. It reveals what makes their heart sing by doing this craft. It's a work of love, passion, and desire. Take a look at these awesome crafts that we feature on our channel. At The Backdoor At the Backdoor is a video creator that features individuals having conversations about topics that are considered controversial, taboo, and relevant in social situations that spark and encourage meaningful conversations At the Backdoor allows us to explore the dynamics of these social topics from a broader perspective, with the guest individual providing insights, dispelling myths, shares facts and give us a brief personal take on the issue. Off The Record Off the Record is a video creator that features short films of individuals sharing their personal stories, journeys, challenges, struggles, and daily life through an interview with Edwin. Off the Record presents stories from the individual's perspective, allowing us to understand their story's deeper meaning. Skyline Skyline Music shoots live performance videos featuring extraordinary musicians and singers in the Philippines. Casually set on a rooftop with a view of the Makati urban skyline, these one-take music sessions are a perfect visual aesthetic for these artists to share the beat and vibe of their music. NOTE: These channels are currently being revamped. However, its main objectives and target market are still the same. This is to continue serving better quality content to our audiences. With the advent of technological advancement, our work is getting easier to handle because of the software and applications we use in the company. With that, you have to be familiarized and have the following: Slack - the company's main communication platform SmartSuite - keeps everyone updated on the tasks they have to accomplish Airtable - keeps track of the company's database and forms for the guests. Loom - where the team record videos, mostly for presentation Pitch - a website where everyone could collaborate to create a deck Spark - this is only a recommended platform, any email platform would do Feedback

Please read this first #How to Create a Presentation Congratulations on finishing the first phase of your internship. This may be the easiest but definitely important as it sets the backbone of your whole internship duration. However, before we proceed to your next phase which is #P2 Research , your feedback for the Onboarding Phase is needed to continuously improve our program. This is through answering the following questions: What are the three things that need to be prioritized by the phase supervisor to help the intern get adequately onboard? Enumerate which aspects of Phase 1: Onboarding needs improvement. Provide possible solutions. What other recommendations that you have that you may think will be helpful for the incoming interns? Coordinate with your phase supervisor on this task.
